What Clearwing reads
Accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads and conversion actions, with their daily cost, impressions, clicks and reported conversions.
What Clearwing sends
For each confirmed sale: the click ID (gclid, gbraid or
wbraid), time, value, currency and order ID, to the conversion action you
choose. For leads, SHA-256 hashes of the email and phone number. Every event carries
the ad_user_data and ad_personalization consent signals.
Safeguards
- Google Ads data is shown apart from other sources, next to your confirmed sales.
- In the European Economic Area, no conversion leaves without consent.
- Ad control stays in the Clearwing dashboard, never in our public API or MCP server.
- Clearwing’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Connect and disconnect
Connect with your Google account, then choose the Google Ads accounts. Remove access any time at myaccount.google.com/connections, or from Clearwing.
When you disconnect, Clearwing deletes the tokens, stops syncing, and erases the account’s data within 10 days. See Data deletion.
